Problem
Many ethnic markets don't have customer friendly conveniences regular American stores have on their sites.
New buyers and immigrants may be overwhelmed by the wide range of items due to foreign brands in non-english languages. But they KNOW they need these ingredients to try the recipes online, but don't recognize which are good or brands available outside of American stores or country of origin.
Goal
Improve an international grocery store site to increase new customer acquisition and simplify shopping for existing customers through Customer-first features.
Problem
Searching a product one at a time can be sped with searching items in bulk. It’s great for pre-existing shopping lists
Solution
Introducing a bulk search functionality that allows users to input multiple items at once to show best relevant products
